This one is this weekend. So far, no one has expressed interest in going.. Anyone want to Mae the trip down? we have the opportunity to meet up with kids from both the Gallup Team and the Albuquerque tea, Both are newly formed (like us) NICA Affiliate racing teams. Go down saturday and campout- big barbecue with the Gallup team that nite and race Sunday.

Zia Rides Albuquerque Dirt Fest on September 30th:

6 and 12 hr MTB race and trail run.

Some of you have done these Zia Rides events before - very fun!! The event takes place at the Oak Flats campground near Tijeras, NM, just on the other side of the Sandia Mtns from Albuquerque. Most everybody camps the night before, with lots of fun evening activities going on. The race starts in the morning, and ends either 6 or 12 hrs later, depending on what you signed up for. It's a pretty mellow loop course, with some technical stuff and two-track dirt road sections thrown in, and mostly shaded in ponderosa and PJ. You'll see everything from serious racers to very casual grandparents out on the course.

So far we have one team ready to go for this one! Lets get some more racers on board!
